Description Lead and mentor a team of Educators, working together to build an exceptional practice and help young children to thrive. Guide the development and implementation of a high-quality educational program, based on the practices and principles of the National and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks. Ensure compliance with the National Law, the National Regulations and the National Quality Standards. Qualifications Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA).
