About The Role Due to a growth in occupancy, we have an opportunity for an early childhood teacher or diploma qualified educator to join the team in a full time capacity and lead a team of dedicated educators. This position would suit someone who is looking to contribute to the delivery of high quality education and care for young children. You will be joining a dedicated and supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged Your main responsibilities will be to: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues. Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team. Maintain effective communication with parents/carers. Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
