As the Fleet Administrator you will provide administrative support the Fleet team with their daily operations and projects. This is a great 8-week contract, working 20 hours (preferable 4 hours per day) - flexible if the right candidate is not available 5 days a week, between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm located in Victoria Square, SA. Manage personal workload and ensure you have the tools and resources to deliver position outcomes effectively and on time, and in a manner that is consistent with organisations goals and priorities. Provide administrative support to project manager and Fleet team Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring they are well-organised and easily accessible. Handle project-related communications and correspondence, both internal and external. Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members when necessary. Act as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and information. Provide confidential, professional, administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the function Process key and card requests Conduct Fleet system audits Maintain Fleet reports in our incident management system Document management Job Requirements: Previous experience in Fleet Coordination / Fleet Admin / Logistics Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, written and verbally, with all levels of internal staff Knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong computer skills Good initiative when responding to challenges in a pressured and changing environment Effective problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail Able to exercises tact, diplomacy and discretion when required Must have full Work Rights in Australia and be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check Interested?
