About the Employer The Brisbane School District graduates students who are thoughtful, prepared, and engaged citizens. Our program emphasizes conceptual understanding, teaching the Common Core State Standards through year-long themes. We are a small, public school district serving under 500 total students in grades TK-8. Our boundaries encompass parts of the cities of Brisbane, Daly City, and South San Francisco in northern San Mateo County. All applicants must have the authorization to teach English language learners Placement on the salary schedule is determined by the Superintendent, based upon education and experience of candidate. You will need to provide official transcripts to support your salary schedule placement. Salary range quoted above is for full-time, year-long teaching and will be prorated based upon start date. Final candidate will be fingerprinted (at our expense) in accordance with California law. Final candidate must show recent evidence of being free of active TB prior to employment.
