THE ROLE WORK LOCATIONS: Ascot Vale Housing Office, 12 Churchill Avenue, Ascot Vale VIC 3032 North Melbourne Housing Office, 33 Alfred Street, North Melbourne VIC 3051 DFFH Office WMA, 71 Moreland Street, Moreland VIC 3011 DFFH Office BMA, 16–18 Hertford Road, Sunshine VIC 3020 PLEASE INCLUDE LOCATION PREFERENCES IN YOUR COVER LETTER As part of the Housing offices in North Melbourne or Ascot Vale or Community Partnerships Teams (CPT), Brimbank Melton Area (BMA) or Western Melbourne Area (WMA), these positions contribute to the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) strategic directions of earlier and more connected support, and local solutions. These four positions provide a broad range of administrative support functions to the Housing Office teams in North Melbourne and Ascot Vale and the BMA and WMA CPTs. In Housing Offices in North Melbourne and Ascot Vale, the roles will provide a broad range of administrative support functions to the teams that support public housing renters across western metropolitan Melbourne. This includes supporting the housing team with providing needs-based assistance by sustaining tenancies, managing rental accounts, and undertaking inspections in relation to responsive and vacated maintenance. In WMA and BMA, the two CPT roles will work in partnership with communities and stakeholders, to strengthen capacity, build equitable access, and improve responsiveness at place. The WMA role will have a particular focus supporting work through the Paving the Way Forward initiative being delivered through the WMA CPT and the Renter Decision-Making Team.
