The Senior SharePoint Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining SharePoint and Power Platform environments, creating system designs, and executing updates. As part of the role you will support our users across the country, resolve performance issues, and manage system permissions. The role requires a balance of technical expertise and collaboration as you work with stakeholders and peers to improve Goodstart's knowledge management capabilities. The Senior SharePoint Administrator plays a crucial role in to provide input to the strategic plan and ensure operational efficiency of SharePoint and Power Platform systems. Do you have experience supporting and developing SharePoint and Power Platform applications and want to take the next step in becoming a technical leader? We are looking for someone who has the desire to combine their technical, collaboration and communication skills to become a leader within the technology team. Your Impact: Support the product strategy and roadmap - Identify where systems can support the realisation of business goals and work with stakeholders to plan the implementation of new features and improvement of existing features. Stay informed of product roadmaps for SharePoint and Power Platform as well as 3rd party applications, to help with the identification of opportunities to use systems to improve business outcomes Continuous Improvement - Use your experience of information and knowledge management practices to guide stakeholders to curate and propagate knowledge throughout the organisation. System Support - this is a hands on role that will require troubleshooting and resolving issues, as well as configuration and implementation of change to support users of our information and knowledge management systems. IT Service Management - Utilise ITIL Service Management processes related to Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change Management to respond and resolve requests promptly and to a high level of quality. Have 3 years' experience implementing, supporting and improving SharePoint Online. Experience with Microsoft Viva is desirable. Knowledge ITIL v4 processes, in particular Incident, Problem, Service Request and Change management. Understanding of information and knowledge management concepts and their realisation through systems.
