The Role Join a leading consultancy as an Associate/Principal Structural Engineer in their Sydney Buildings team. This role is ideal for a seasoned structural design professional with a background in diverse building projects. The Responsibilities Conduct structural engineering analyses and perform calculations for detailed building design. Support the Structural Team in successfully delivering projects, focusing on timelines, documentation, profitability, technical integrity, risk management, and overall client satisfaction. Offer technical expertise in planning and designing complex structures. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, government agencies, and commercial entities. Manage multiple tasks while meeting client expectations and fostering strong, trustworthy relationships with colleagues, both locally and across Stantec's international network. Collaborate closely with internal and external project stakeholders to achieve cost-effective, high-quality outcomes. Display extensive technical knowledge and oversee project delivery to ensure successful outcomes. The Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering Demonstrated structural design experience of Buildings, ideally in engineering consultancy.
