About the Role We are looking for passionate Disability Support Workers to fulfil administrative duties for a program based in Port Macquarie. You will have the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment while also having the autonomy to make a meaningful difference in the lives of participants. To be considered for this role, you must have: Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker, supporting participants across ages from youth to elderly Ability to work both within a team and autonomously Effective communication and interpersonal skills Genuine desire to support people with additional needs using a person-centered approach, understand participant needs and support planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with intake reviews, assessments & referral processes Liaising with service & support staff and provide assistance with complex cases.
