We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Multiple Sclerosis team. The position is Part Time, working 22hours per fortnight, based at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. Your new role: Manage, coordinate patient clinic bookings and attend for the MS Clinics and MS Research Clinics at the Royal Melbourne Hospital Coordinate investigations and appointments requested by the MS Unit medical and nursing staff Manage appointments, data entry and queries in clinic-based MS studies, in consultation with nurses/doctors, including company sponsored safety and efficacy outcomes registries About you: Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively and courteously at all levels Experience in providing administration support to a busy professional office. Well developed IT skills including: word processing and PowerPoint, spreadsheets, database management, and internal and external systems Previous experience in a scientific or medical institution or similar healthcare environment.
