Southern Adelaide Local Health Network – Flinders Medical Centre - Intensive and Critical Care Salary $75,430- $79,070 p.a. (pro rata) ASO4 | Part Time - 26.25 hours per week Flinders Medical Centre are looking for an Administration Coordinator to join the Intensive and Critical Care Unit About the Role: Exciting opportunity to join the Intensive and Critical Care team in SALHN. ICCU TMO Co-ordinator is responsible for the provision of an effective, efficient, confidential, administrative support function incorporating pro-active problem solving & decision-making skills for the management of FMC ICCU TMO’s working in conjunction with the ICCU Medical Director and with other relevant parties by ensuring there are adequate and appropriately trained TMO’s in FMC ICCU in order to meet accreditation requirements. Other tasks include: Proactively attending to enquiries from all internal and external stakeholders identifying urgent issues, prioritise and manage outcome in a timely manner. Collation of timesheets for trainee doctors, then submitting for authorisation and processing with payroll. Communicating effectively with a variety of people including staff across Southern Adelaide Local Health Network (SALHN), all levels of management and other users of the hospital and outside agencies. Coordinate and provide comprehensive administrative support for training courses (i.e. BASIC Course) and the ICCU orientation program for all trainee medical staff and external paying participants. About you: Ability to maintain productivity while consistently producing work of a high quality under limited direction. Demonstrated high level verbal communication skills. Proven ability to recognise and discreetly deal with confidential matters; demonstrate integrity of the highest order and exercise diplomatic skills appropriate to sensitive and high-level issues.
