This large, well known services organisation is looking for an Ichris/Chris 21 system administrator to join their payroll team on a full time basis. About the role This large healthcare organisation is looking for a Chris 21/Ichris system administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis The role will be sitting in the systems support team, and working very closely with the payroll department. They offer a flexible working arrangement between home and the office. The Responsibilities: Interpret a high volume, complex number of EA's through Ichris. Analyze and report back tracked data Respond to all customer queries (face to face, telephone, email) Apply payroll knowledge, knowledge of company policies and procedures and problem solving skills to provide a quality response Assisting the payroll team of the interpretation of the awards.
