Our client is seeking an trucker driver. Truck Driver (Driving) Position Purpose: To carry out truck operations in a competent, safe and efficient way to achieve required outcomes for the Council and its community. This position is from Monday to Friday start time and end time at 06:00 am until 03:00 pm and is located in Caboolture, Queensland. Responsibilities & Outcomes Provide truck services to the council ensuring service delivery is in accordance with specified timeframes and standards. Operate relevant plant and equipment associated with the position, in an appropriate manner and ensure assets are properly secured when not in use. Build good working relationships across the broader Asset Maintenance Section to ensure quality working relations with stakeholders, staff and the public. Knowledge & Experience Demonstrated experience in the use of truck operations and supporting plant and equipment in a variety of work environments. Sound experience in undertaking manual tasks in a safe conscious manner. Ability to use a variety of technology hardware to undertake activities that support the deliverables of this position. Qualifications Current HR class driver's licence. Construction Induction Card competency that has been used or obtained within the past 2 years.
