We are looking for a Wholesale Key Accounts Administrator to join the team in our Alexandria Support Centre. This is a 12-month contract covering a period of parental leave. The ideal start date would be 1st July 2024 . You will: Manage the administration and operations of wholesale key accounts, supporting the end-to-end sales process, ensuring key financial targets are met and key wholesale accounts are functioning at their commercial optimum. Nurture key account relationships with highly proactive customer service and sales support, along with clear and accurate brand/trade communication. Create and manage sales orders, creating customer buy sheets and planograms, ensuring allocation and open order accuracy, reconciling cancellations, credits and rebates, monitoring customer fulfilment rates and ensuring timely pick run exports to facilitate on-time delivery of orders. Ensure a high standard of efficiency in customer service and deliver support with a can-do attitude that is accommodating and supportive but also commercial, to maximise both sales and relationships. Enhance the level of communication with our partners and the business, providing them with consistent and relevant business information including creating reports.
