Your Role Due to a period of long-term leave, the Penrith location are seeking a Sales Manager to step in for an interim period. This is a busy team with an ever-increasing demand in the market for the ‘van-life’ lifestyle and you will be providing leadership to 7 RV Sales Representatives. Initially for a period of 2 months with possibility for extension, this role is pivotal to the dealership's success. About You You will bring strong experience within automotive sales especially at a Sales Manager level and have experience leading and mentoring a team. Your people management abilities along with your decision making skills, highly approachable nature and willingness to contribute your expertise to the team during your contract are paramount to the success of this role. Candidates with RV Sales experience will be highly regarded. You will be provided with a healthy commission structure, detailed product training and will be representing a strong Australian brand. While this role is full-time during standard business hours, you must be willing and available to work weekends.
