An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to join the Centre Management team at a shopping centre in Brisbane South About the role: An exciting opportunity has become available for an Administration Assistant to join the Centre Management team at a shopping centre in Brisbane South. Duties: Providing administration support to the Centre Management team Assist with annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting Maintain registers, calendars, petty cash, update systems, assist with budget data entry Handle phone calls, customer inquiries, mail collection and distribution Receive and bank rental payments daily, following trust accounting guidelines Contact debtors for outstanding payments as directed by Centre Manager Prepare invoices as required Adhere to company procedures, maintain records in accordance with filing system Skills & Experience: MRI or property software experience highly advantageous Previous exposure to shopping centre administration is highly advantageous General accounts and administration experience Ability to work with minimum supervision and part of a cohesive team High level of presentation and communication skills Strong attention to detail Benefits: You will work directly for the landlord, with great company and team culture and career progression opportunities.
