VIC State Sales Manager — Melbourne, Melbourne Region

You will need to be an experienced sales manager who has worked in a high-pressure sales environment with an ambition to get to the top through hard work and tenacity. Your experience in operating in fast-moving complex environments, with multiple stakeholders, will ideally place you for this role. You will appreciate and thrive in a highly entrepreneurial environment. You will be working in a rapidly changing and challenging environment, however the career rewards are outstanding. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field Minimum 5-years B2B sales management experience. Strong financial acumen, with an ability to strategically price tenders and provide financial training and support for your team. Strong written and verbal communication skills up to C-suite level. Demonstrable experience in building successful sales teams (upward of 10 Sales Reps). Proven track record in working in fast moving complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Experience in negotiating and implementing both supplier and customer contracts. You must be an Australian Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident, or NZ Citizen to be considered.
