Future Students Enquiries Administrator — Croydon, Maroondah Area

Role: Future Students Enquiries Administrator will participate in recruitment events, deliver one to one course counselling sessions, and work with customers to achieve their career and educational goals. They will be the first contact point for future students and be expected to resolve a variety of future student questions and issues in the broad fields of recruitment and sales, relationship management, study opportunities and enrolment assistance; via phone, email, online enquiries and online chat channels. Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service. Deal with customer applications or complaints. Creating and maintaining up to date records of prospective student interactions on the CRM. Contribute to the achievement of agreed enrolment targets and Key Performance Indicators Maintain generalist knowledge to provide advice in the areas of: Course selection to achieve career outcomes Application and Enrolments Enrolment planning and support Course advice, Exemption applications / credit and RPL enquiries Class registration/timetabling Experience and skills: General knowledge and experience of tertiary sector operating procedures. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of client/customer service within a Contact Centre environment. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, display sound judgement, and to use initiative. Clear, empathetic, and timely communication with customers. Proactive approach to resolving issues and addressing inquiries. Collaborative attitude towards supporting colleagues and achieving targets. Efficient record-keeping on CRM and adherence to procedures.
