12 12 12 Month Contract Baseline Clearance Required Canberra, ACT Our client, a very large, Federal Government Organisation who protect & strengthen Australia's agriculture, water resources and environment, are Seeking the experience of a Azure Data Platform Administrator for a long 12 12 month contract, based in the Canberra City. Responsibilities: Maintaining ELT platform for the ingestion data to our data warehouse using tools including SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, ADLS, PowerShell. Refactoring existing on-premises functionality in Azure. Performing troubleshooting through analysis of code and data to identify issues, and provide resolution. Working as part of a team to problem solve and build/improve processes and automation. Reviewing system performance and optimising code, creating/using indexes to improve database performance. Experience: Strong SQL Server administration skills including ability to optimise for performance. Azure platform experience - SQL Managed Instance, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage. Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Creation of solution design and technical documentation with excellent troubleshooting skills troubleshooting skills. Experience with Azure DevOps pipelinesGit.
