Your motivation is your key to success About the Role: Based from our Warana branch you will be responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to customers on time and undamaged. You will assist with loading and unloading of orders, the safe and timely delivery to our customers and various branch activities as required. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring they are undamaged and match the orders placed. Picking and packing orders that are due to be dispatched to customers. Ensuring all orders are delivered to customers accurately and in a timely manner. Guaranteeing that all areas of the warehouse are kept clean and tidy at all times. Some order processing, invoicing, and inventory control. Ad-hoc duties around the branch as required. Full time permanent role Monday to Friday – centre hours are 6.00am – 4:00pm What you’ll need to succeed: This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, so your ability to use common sense and work well in a team is second to none. To be successful in this role, you will: Have a strong work ethic, a thirst for product knowledge and a real drive to learn new skills and build a long-term career. Be excellent at managing your own time and a real ‘self-starter’; you don’t need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done. Be more than happy to move around on your feet all day – this role can be physically demanding at times and requires someone fit with a “can-do” attitude Work well in a team – we recognise that our staff are our greatest asset, so maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment is non-negotiable. Have a current driver’s license to effectively (and legally) complete daily deliveries. Have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.
