We are seeking a Technical and Admin Support Agent for our Utilities Campaign; You will be the primary liaison between our client and our clients customers, particularly focusing on customers with privately owned overhead electricity lines. Your role will involve efficient management of jobs and faults across various systems, alongside effective communication with customers to address concerns promptly. Key Details Australian Based Role. Operating Hours: Monday - Friday. Location:Melbourne CBD - 1 month training at our clients site in Lilydale. Commencing 13th May 2024. Full Time. Key Responsibilities Logging and Managing Jobs and Faults: Utilising systems including SAP, Access, Excel, Salesforce, and other client-specific platforms to log, track, and resolve issues related to Privately Owned Overhead Electricity Lines. Customer Communication: Engage customers via letters, emails, and phone calls to relay fault information, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience. Database Management: Maintain and update the POEL (Privately Owned Electricity Lines) database using our clients MS Access systems, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records. Defect Correspondence Coordination: Coordinate all aspects of defect correspondence with property owners using MS Access, Excel, and Word, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Electrical Inspectors, Field Teams, Electricians, and regulatory authorities to address and resolve issues related to POEL defects. Process Management: Manage complex processes and cases spanning extended periods, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Property Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate property records, particularly in High Bushfire Risk Areas and Low Bushfire Risk Areas within the POEL database.
