Your new role: Located within Behavioural and Workplace Health , this position plays a key role in holding relationships with Clients and Customers through triage, assessment and allocation of service requests. Our team have a strong focus on providing support to clients who need help with drug or alcohol independence, behavioural issues, employment and disability difficulties and other mental health concerns. We also provide service to clients in corporate settings, including individual and group interventions. The Client Services team are a crucial part of our team, ensuring our clients are matched with the right clinician to help them with their needs, along with maintaining customer relationships. Please note there is a requirement to participate in the After-Hours/On-Call support service every 4-5 weeks on rotation - allowances and overtime included Do you: Want to help clients create positive outcomes for themselves and their loved ones? What you’ll ideally bring to the role Working in this team you will: Be able to support our clients through the referral process by understanding and assessing their support needs Have a positive and friendly approach to clients, customers and colleagues Have a passion for delivering outstanding client service Have a high level of attention to detail Be organised and have capacity to efficiently utilise our digital service delivery platform Manage prospective clients’ enquiries Be an enthusiastic team player, valuing and contributing to a supportive team culture Those with experience in customer service and office administration are strongly encouraged to apply.
