Senior Network Administrator Location: Parramatta Employment type: Temporary, full-time role up to 12 months Salary: $120,859.00 pa - $133,183.00 pa, plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading Your role In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco voice and collaboration solutions for the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ). From assessing customer needs to deploying and optimising solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of DCJs communication infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for technology and a drive to excel in a dynamic environment. What you’ll do As a Project Senior Network Administrator, you will be assisting in developing voice technology rollouts such as MS Teams Telephony. This dedicated resource will enable the in-house skillset required to deploy Teams Telephony and Cisco Webex CC to the organisation. We are a collaborative team, each individual is always willing to help and go above and beyond for the organisation. The environment is face paced but also flexible. What we’re looking for Essential requirements: • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development. • This role may require participation in an on-call and/or after hours work roster to ensure service continuity to clients or maintenance activities outside normal business hours. • A valid driver’s license may be required to travel to and from the Data Centre and on-site client support. In addition to the essential requirements, the ideal candidate will possess: • Teams Telephony Experience • Advanced Cisco Unified Call Manager experience • Advanced Cisco Unified Contact Centre experience • Cisco Cloud Contact Centre Experience Download the role description.
