Our client, a leading Australian company specialising in Automotive Performance Parts, is currently seeking Two dedicated and passionate individuals to join their team as a Customer Service Representatives. Based in Mulgrave, Victoria, this role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong automotive technical background and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for: Taking inbound calls from a variety of customers in the Automotive Industry (Retailers, Work Shops etc.) Processing customer orders efficiently via phone and email Providing technical advice and assistance to customers Coordinating with internal stakeholders including warehouse and transport companies to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Undertaking associated administrative tasks necessary for the role Required Skills and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Demonstrated automotive technical/mechanical aptitude with a passion for all things automotive related. Genuine passion for the automotive industry Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Strong customer service orientation. Meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role. Effective time management abilities Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results.
