About the Project The New Inner City Fleet (NIF) project will oversee the replacement of trains carrying customers from Sydney to the Central Coast, Newcastle, the Blue Mountains and the South Coast. UGL will operate a new maintenance facility and provide maintenance and asset management services to the new fleet for 15 years. About your role UGL's Manufacturing & Maintenance business are looking for a high performing Senior Contracts Administrator to join our project team, based at our maintenance facility in Kangy Angy Reporting to the Contract Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of subcontracts (NIF Significant Contracts and other CIMIC Contracts) established for the delivery of materials and services for the Mariyung Project. Specifically, you will support with the following: Ensuring all suppliers complete their work in a safe manner and to an acceptable quality standard Identifying, negotiating, facilitating, reporting and closing-out contract variations Providing timely and accurate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) pertaining to meeting contract obligations, non-compliance and variances, contract progress, performance measurements, supply and sub-contractor performance and payment performance Supporting the development and co-ordination of contract variations, warranty management and any other contract administration areas About you You will have extensive experience in a similar role working within in a commercial organisation, associated with the development and delivery of maintenance and asset management services.
