About the Centre/Service Deepdene Preschool is a community-based, not-for-profit educational service. The preschool is managed by a dedicated team of staff and volunteer parents to deliver a high-quality education program to the local community. Our play-based programs provide a variety of opportunities and meaningful learning experiences for children to explore and learn. Description Deepdene Preschool is looking for an amazing ECT for our 3 year old Joey group We are also seeking applicants that would be interested in taking on the role of Centre Director in conjunction with the 3 year old teacher role so if you have leadership experience or a desire to take the next step in your career then this is the opportunity you have been waiting for. Permanent part time, start TERM 3 (possibly earlier) 23.5 hours per week with potential for more hours and responsibility due to the open Director position. Must be available for Tuesday and Thursday sessions, with flexibility for remaining non contact hours. Qualifications VIT registration First aid qualifications including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis. Experience in a similar teaching role would be highly advantageous Have sound knowledge / understanding of the EYLF & NQS Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to positively, proactively and regularly engage with staff, children and families. Proficient computer skills
