Administration Support Officer $66K annual salary plus superannuation Salary packaging benefits 5 weeks annual leave Monthly accrued day off The Health Information and Performance Division is responsible for the management, governance and utilisation of Western Health’s data and information assets. The Division is seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to join our team to provide administrative support to the management team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to our organisation's information management processes and contribute to the advancement of patient care. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Providing general administrative support to the senior management team Preparation of reports to assist the senior management team to monitor performance of their departments Maintaining and update the Divisions intranet pages Monitoring staff completion of mandatory training and co-ordinate refresher training to ensure staff training remains current Monitoring the status of the organizational policies and procedures that are the responsibility of the Division, advising senior managers when updates are required If this role sounds right for you but you aren’t sure if you meet all of the criteria we would still love to hear from you About Us Our workforce of over 11,000 employees are driven by our values of ‘Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence and Safety’ (CARES).
