WesTrac are on the lookout for a motivated Administrator to join our Welshpool Rebuild team. In this role, you will work as part of an administration team to deliver top-notch administrative support to the branch. Your duties will include handling purchase requisitions, overseeing the purchasing process, managing time capture reporting, organising work scope books, maintaining archives, and ensuring compliance with WesTrac policies. You'll also take charge of training requirements, oversee safety and contamination control audits, and foster positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. We're seeking a self-motivated individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effortlessly. A problem-solving mindset and a focus on the bigger picture are essential.
