The Role We are looking for a Permanent full-time admin/HR officer to work with us at PresCare Maryborough Aged Care. What you will do: The HR/Rostering Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as: Working within a small team to coordinate the roster for staff Monitor staff availability and attendance, including coordination of shift replacements for scheduled and unscheduled leave Ensure rosters for all employees are accurate and filled Managing employee records and liaising with HR management General Administration e.g. Data entry/collation and reports preparation, records management, reception, and filing. General administrative duties, contributing to the efficient operation of our facility. What you will bring: Leverage your previous experience in rostering for 150 staff and at least 2 years in a similar position. Utilise your proficiency in rostering software such as Humanforce or similar, along with a good skill level in MS Office applications. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Bring a positive and can-do attitude to contribute to our vibrant team culture. NDIS clearance (or willing to obtain)- this is mandatory.
