Our client is looking for a Claims Administrator who will be based in Rockhampton This is an opportunity for you to make a real impact on the customer and help rebuild their lives. Your role Support the customer through their claims process, providing regular updates Collate and Prepare claim documents, policies, and reports to advise accordingly Manage inbound and outbound calls Database management- ensure reports and data is correctly inputted into the system Ad hoc administration and reporting You will have 6-12 months experience in the insurance industry preferred but not essential Administration assistance, supporting a team in a fast-paced environment Customer-centric approach, showing genuine care to your customers Ability to problem solve and adapt to the needs of the customer and stakeholders Reliable team player who works towards a shared goal Attention to detail, taking pride in their work The Benefits $50,000-$65,000 Plus Super dependant on experience Flexible start and finish times Work with a supportive and fun team, get involved with social work event How to apply Haylo People is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the Personal Injury and Insurance industries.
