Manage and supervise an administrative team and provide assistance, support and mentoring to administrative staff. Provide timely, high-quality advice and support to the manager across all the above areas of responsibility. Manage the business processes relating to the human, financial and physical resources, including preparation of budget forecasts and expenditure, reconciliations and management of accommodation and assets. Participate as a member of the Management Team and contribute to strategic and operational planning, reviews and key decision making. Liaise with clients, Departmental officers and other government and non-government organisations as necessary. Enhance the local regional community by actively practicing and promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improving regional client service.
