Hybrid WFH/WFO - Sydney CBD 11 Month Contract - Full Time - $41.60 Hourly INCL Super Globally recognised brand - payments leader Our client, a globally recognised brand and the largest payments innovator is revolutionising the future of finance and retail You'll be joining the Marketplace Business Development team as the Sales & Marketing Operations Coordinator in this fast-paced and dynamic role What your exciting days will look like: Support Sales Reps: Ensure reps can focus on selling by handling administrative tasks, gathering information from various departments, and facilitating communication between sales and other business units (Marketing, etc.). Operational Efficiency: Drive and deliver operational improvements, maintain program governance, and ensure smooth workflow across different departments. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Sales Reps, Marketing, etc.) at various levels Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports (monthly, ad-hoc), analyse data, and gather information from teams to provide insights for leadership. Project Management: Manage and deliver projects (Major Marketing Campaigns), take ownership, and ensure timely completion. What you'll bring to the team: Ability to build relationships, influence, negotiate, and manage communication effectively with various teams. Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiencies, manage projects, and deliver results with a focus on process and detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and collaborate efficiently across departments. Ability to analyse data, gather insights, and prepare reports to support decision-making. Proven experience working in a dynamic and results-oriented environment like retail, marketing, or FinTech.
