Key Responsibilities: Leading the Site Administration team, maintaining quality and compliance Ensure accuracy and currency of job costs, accounts receivable and project claims Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows Maintain system compliance and support across all systems and programs Proactively monitor and report on objectives, opportunities, risks and successes within the accounts receivable and site administration function Monitor and manage job lists, job reviews and progress claims in line with the work management processes Develop a high level of service to support our Operations team and Site Management Provide guidance and mentoring to the Site Administration team The successful Candidate Our ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills and with a minimum 4 year team leadership experience within an office environment. Previous leadership experience Previous Project or Site Administration experience with knowledge of cost control and project manager techniques Experience in ERP such as Jobpack Intermediate Microsoft 365 skills with great excel skills Strong attention to detail Ability and confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external customers Why us?
