You will be a senior team member overseeing a team of either the Procurement, or Inventory areas. About Supply Chain Branch: Supply Chain Surety is a branch in Corporate Services Division (CSD) supporting the supply of clinical goods, pharmaceuticals and linen products to the Hospital and Health Services (HHS), Queensland Health. The branch is comprised of functions critical to Queensland Health's supply response, including Supply Chain Services, Central Pharmacy, Group Linen Services and Operations. This branch brings together an end-to-end supply chain function from demand planning through to warehousing and distribution into a single integrated branch led by the Executive Director. The Branch supports clients and stakeholders across the Department of Health, all Hospital and Health Services, Queensland Government and some external agencies. What we are looking for: Proven ability to provide sound supervision and coordinate the administrative workload and staff within an inventory management and service delivery environment to meet KPIs. Ability to work autonomously or cohesively in a team with administrative, operational and professional staff; and effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients to respond to requirements in a professional and efficient manner. Developed communication and engagement skills, including the ability to build internal and external relationships, as well as a demonstrated ability to promote a positive, healthy workplace culture free form bullying and discrimination. Demonstrated ability to be responsive, well organised and the ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively and ensure attention to detail.
