You will ensure that Company Retail Stores in Victoria perform effectively by coaching and leading Managers in retail best practice, operational management, leadership, recruitment, training and development and safety. The position requires you to travel and work from our company stores located across Melbourne. About you Leveraging your diverse skills and operational experience you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and empowering your team, whilst ensuring compliance and safe work practices and are always followed. You will drive sales targets and business initiatives whilst also ensuring the provision of superior service delivery. An eye for detail and a talent for recognising and pro-actively driving continuous improvement are qualities we applaud. You are able to demonstrate that you have effective influencing and leadership skills with the determination we need to drive exceptional service delivery and strengthen Bridgestone's position as a market leader.
