We are currently seeking applications from highly skilled and safety focused Administrators with strong experience in an outages / shutdown environment to join our team. This position is the sole Administrator on-site and will be responsible for the mobilisation of UGL and sub-contractor workforce to site, issuing of UGL and site inductions, HSE administration support as well as site-based payroll. We are looking for a solid all-round administrator with strong payroll and people skills to support our site Leadership team. This position is based in the Ipswich locality and local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. During the outage this position will work closely with the HSE and Finance Teams for all administrative tasks such as but no limited to - weekly payroll, payroll queries, data entry, statistic generation, meeting minutes, investigation note taking and the like. The successful candidate will require the ability to work with high volumes for extended periods of time, high level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands. The successful candidate will work up to 11hr days Monday to Friday and possible Saturday work pending project requirements. To be considered for a role the following skills and experience will be highly regarded: Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Outlook Demonstrated previous payroll / timesheet entry experience SAP experience highly regarded ETCH experience highly regarded Demonstrated experience in workforce mobilisation, non-local and local Experience in scheduling and coordination of high-volume blue-collar Inductions, CTO's and training Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members Previous experience working on heavy industrial site preferred with ability to work longer hours and weekend work Minimum 5 years' experience in site administration with payroll, mobilisation & general administrative skills If you are confident you have the skills, knowledge and experience to fulfil this role then please apply now via the button below.
