Our Client is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator This is a permanent role located at our client's Canberra office. This position requires shift work, including night shifts. As the selected candidate, you will: Manage IT Enterprise Operations Centre, ensuring smooth functioning of IT production systems and services. Demonstrate strong communication, team management, and prioritization skills. Possess generalist infrastructure knowledge across Windows, Linux, VMware, AWS, Azure, Ansible, and networking. Utilize monitoring and logging systems such as Splunk, syslog, and Cloud Watch. Work with ServiceNow in an enterprise-scale, multi-vendor IT Service Management environment. Hold ITIL certification. To be successful in this role you should have: Experience managing an IT Enterprise Operations Centre. Strong communication, team management, and prioritization skills. Generalist infrastructure knowledge across various platforms. Experience with monitoring and logging systems. Proficiency in using ServiceNow. ITIL certification.
