Job Description Six-month full-time contract Located at EACH’s corporate office in Ringwood. Hybrid work. $110,000 to $120,000 depending on experience Super Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550 What you’ll be doing As part of our IT Infrastructure Team, we are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to deliver IT operations services to EACH business units, while continuously while continually enhancing the effectiveness of IT technology use. This is a six month contract role. As a Systems Administrator your responsibilities will include : Delivering and taking ownership of IT projects and services including network, operating systems, applications, endpoints, and security. Providing IT operational services for service requests, change management, incident management and problem management. Developing, implementing, and continuously enhancing technical ICT controls, including business continuity and resiliency, data and network security, and identity and access management. Working with the business to define technical ICT requirements for operating platforms. Implement robust security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to meet ISO27001 standards. Providing a point of escalation, guidance and mentoring to Service Desk employees. Participating in an out-of-hours support roster as and when required. Who we’re looking for This is a role for an established Systems Administrator with extensive experience in a similar position as well as ICT administration or support work experience. To succeed in this role, you will have: Experience in IT project management (preferably in a technical lead role). Advanced knowledge of security technologies, current ICT trends, threats and technologies in complex ICT environments, as well as different network topologies and basic principles of network design. Ability to present technical findings to stakeholders. Extensive experience in firewall policy management, IPS tuning and network behavioural analysis. Knowledge of private, public and hybrid cloud configuration and deployment (AWS/Azure/Dell Vxrail or similar HCI) Exposure to incident response and performing system and data restorations, as well as large commercial information systems, including analysis, design and management of complex IT infrastructure and solution. Sound understanding of ITIL and ISO27001 frameworks
