Licensing Administration — North Ryde, Ryde Area

Based in our head offices in Sydney, we are looking to hire a Licensing Officer role. You will be working in a small but dynamic team, you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation, and submission of all gaming license applications for Australian-based Key Employees (including non-executive directors) and companies within the Aristocrat Group based in Australasia. What You'll Do Maintain all aspects of the licensing database containing information relating to Aristocrat Group companies and Key Employees Preparation of license applications by the given deadlines Process updates from key Employees on a quarterly basis and record all new records, including, but not limited to, police checks and credit reports Ensuring all Board Meeting minutes, Sub-Committee Legal meeting minutes and updated litigation reports are provided to the team as needed. Manage the violations schedule Manage all queries from gaming regulatory authorities regarding company applications. Prepare and update reports, databases, and affidavits as required What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or related field. Minimum of 1 Year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the gaming industry. Proficient in MS Office Suite of products. Excellent communication skills. High level of attention to detail.
