Position & Responsibilities This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fact paced, fun and collaborative environment, where you can genuinely build a career You will be responsible for: Handling incoming calls and email enquiries Providing administration support to the sales team Maintaining internal databases & spreadsheets Following up on customer quotes Responding to sales orders and stock enquiries. Order processing - preparing and sending sales invoices Coordinating deliveries / freight General sales & administration duties as required An ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service Requirements You will ideally possess the following experience, skills and abilities: Demonstrated Sales Administration or Customer Service experience preferably in Lighting, Electrical or Construction. Highly developed communication skills Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure Ability to work in a small team. Highly developed computer skills Excellent time management and organisational skills. Accuracy and attention to detail with all administrative processes. Reliable, efficient and self-motivated. The Offer The successful applicant will receive a salary package commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $65,000 - $70,000, plus Superannuation, as well as the opportunity to join a fast-growing Australian company with huge scope for personal and professional growth.
