Please refer to the position description for further information. The core capability requirements for this role are: Establish and maintain effective communication with all levels of the QPS and external agencies regarding Pay Point Progression (PPP), Pay Point Progression Review Committee (PPPRC) and Competency Acquisition Program (CAP) Products. Contribute to the development, implementation and review of systems, policies and procedures that support changes to PPP within the QPS. Perform a secretariat role to the PPPRC, including identify discrepancies, assess exemptions and research enterprise bargaining, QPS policy and PPPRC precedent to determine relevance. Assist in the management of courses and enrolments and provide advice on the functionality and use of the learning management system. Coordinate the printing and distribution of training resources. Role Requirements Other Current location is at the Oxley Campus of Education and Training however may relocate to Wacol in the future. The successful applicant may be required to perform duty within any program or branch of Education and Training. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
