Training Manager - Instructional System Design — Homebush South, Strathfield Area

Role and Responsibilities The Training Manager - Instructional System Design (TMI) is responsible to the Manager for Training Capability (MTC) for leading the Instructional System Design (ISD) analysis and ADDIE solutions compliant with the System Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) in support of the Training Capability. This role can be based in Sydney or Brisbane - with regular travel to our sites across the region. The role we are offering you Manage coordination and implementation of new platform training support plans Ensure all staff are inducted and managed under an Instructor Induction Development and Continuation plan as per contractual requirements if the customer and global standards of CAE Manage SME input to the Capture teams on large training system integration opportunities Contribute to improving business efficiency in all areas balancing productivity, quality of training delivered and safety in the optimum manner.
