We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team in Rocklea, QLD . This is a permanent part-time position , working a 20 hours per week over 4 – 5 days . Efficiency and proactiveness will be key as you take responsibility for a range of tasks including: Responsibilities Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner Proficient in office equipment use and experienced in administrative tasks Handling data entry, filing, photocopying, spreadsheets, and word processing Managing incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and processing invoices Responsible for maintaining an organized, safe workspace and ordering/replenishing catering and stationary supplies Skills & Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent computer skills Strong attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy in tasks Demonstrate effective communication, listening, and organizational skills Proactive, autonomous worker with a desire for continuous skill enhancement A team player known for producing high-quality work Why DuluxGroup?
