The role: As the Senior Consultant Solution Design, 12-month Fixed Term, you will be the SME responsible for the leadership of one or more engineering scrum teams to plan, deliver and support service features that deliver customer value and/or mature service capability. The day-to-day responsibilities will include: Execute and drive hands-on design for React Native and React js (Mobile and Web), implementation of best practice. Execute and drive hands-on design for API's, maximize and implementation of best practice. Champion a CI/CD mindset and corresponding cultural transformation Work with delivery teams to achieve success through the adoption of CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes, and tooling. Promote collaboration of Software Delivery Tools, Continuous Delivery and DevOps usage at NAB Shape, Design, Develop, Support & Implement Software Delivery in alignment with the roadmap Maintain an understanding of 'Best practice' initiatives within own specialist area, and IT in general by continually seeking out relevant industry and technical knowledge. Improve on professional skills by completing necessary development activities What you will bring: Demonstrated in-depth experience working in a similar Solution Design role. Extensive Technology experience across React is and Node is coupled with proven background in application development and / or support roles Demonstrated expertise in Software Delivery Technical skills such as CI/CD, Automated Deployments, Automated Testing, Build Servers, Software / Source Code Configuration Management Proven experience in platform automation tools (DB Management, AWS, Jenkins, GITHUB) Experience leading a delivery of a business functionality from end to end Experience working with diverse teams from development, testing, security (pinning and crypto architecture, infrastructure to business and management Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to problem-solve and trouble-shoot Knowledge & experience with Build languages Tertiary qualification(s), ideally in a related discipline Continuing building your career at NAB If you think this role is the right fit for you, we invite you to apply.
