Reporting to the Sales and Ops Manager (based in Melbourne), this role focuses on acquiring new customers primarily through inbound channels, with a strong emphasis on assisting customers through a self-serve conversion flow to drive inside sales results. Responsible for handling inbound leads, engaging with prospects, and conducting effective sales demos, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to maximise conversion rates and provide valuable insights to the leadership team on sales trends and opportunities. Key responsibilities Inbound lead management including responding promptly to leads, trials, and live chats Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position the solutions effectively Conduct engaging and informative sales demos to showcase the value proposition, customising based on prospect needs to address specific pain points and requirements Nurture prospects by providing valuable advice and insights to convert them to paying customers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Collaborate with marketing on email templates, sequences, and strategies to maximise conversion As needed, support cold outbound sales prospecting efforts including employing effective sales tactics to initiate conversations and generate interest Ensure the HubSpot CRM and related systems are up to date with accurate and relevant information, including records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications Provide insights to the leadership team on sales trends, challenges, and opportunities Help conduct competitor and customer research for the business as required Provide customer insights, product feedback and requests to relevant internal teams/stakeholders To be successful you will have the following skills and attributes 2 years proven experience in a sales-focused role, ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment Passion for delivering great customer experiences Experience working with database and sales prospecting tools is a big plus (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo, etc) Great time management skills with high attention to detail Experience with key systems including HubSpot is desirable; a willingness to learn new tools is a must Be self-driven, highly curious and a keen problem solver We value our team by offering Opportunities to work on new and exciting projects and latest technologies Flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements Coaching and career development support including training certifications where applicable Option to bring your own device (BYOD) And much more… If you are looking for the next opportunity in your career and want to work for a dynamic, fast-paced tech company, then apply today.
