Internal Sales Representative — Mulgrave, Monash Area

Other distribution depots are located in QLD, NSW, SA and WA. Our focus is to provide a complete range solutions to the trade only. This clear focus allows us to provide the best customer service and the highest quality products. We strive to save our customers time by providing a one purchase destination with the best prices. As we continue to grow, we are seeking talented individuals who share our commitment to excellence to join our team. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with our client base • Engage with customers over the phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services. • Handle incoming sales enquiries and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities. • Proactively contacting customers with a view to driving sales and identifying new business opportunities. • Collaborate with the external sales team to support their efforts in closing deals and expanding our customer base. • Provide support to the front desk by serving customers, answering phones and general administrative tasks • Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and quotes. • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system. Requirements: • Previous experience in sales / customer service. Experience in the building industry is ideal, however not essential. • Experience in building strong relationships with a diverse customer base • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and a “can do” attitude. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
