The Project ACCIONA has been selected to deliver Western Harbour Tunnel - Stage 2, Sydney's third harbour crossing. The new Western Harbour Tunnel (WHT) will connect to WestConnex at the Rozelle Interchange, cross underneath Sydney Harbour between Birchgrove and Waverton, and connect with the Warringah Freeway near North Sydney. Project scope includes: Construction of approximately 4.8 kilometres of mainline tunnels with three lanes in each direction Civil, Mechanical and Electrical fitout of Stage 1 and Stage 2 tunnels Surface level work, including on and off ramps and tie-in work to the Warringah Freeway In line with the above, ACCIONA is now looking for an Administrator to join the team at our main office in North Sydney, this role will be required to… Key accountabilities for the position: Efficiently manage and organize project documentation for accurate record-keeping. Provide scheduling, correspondence, and distribution of project reports for the project team. Monitor and ensure compliance with contractor agreements; assist in preparing subcontractor agreements and change orders. Support implementation of construction site safety policies, maintain records, and assist with training. Act as a liaison for seamless project communication; facilitate regular stakeholder meetings. Required Skills and Competencies Capability & Experience you will need to have: Proven experience in effective administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Proficient in document management systems with a keen eye for detail in record-keeping. Understanding of construction safety regulations; contribute to enforcing safety protocols. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
