About the role We are seeking an exceptional sale associate to join our team in a full time position. Training and support are provided, and you will enjoy working with a driven and enthusiastic team. A key member of the investment sales team, the Associate Consultant will be making contact with leads, qualifying warm sales prospects to sell Reventon products and services using established guidelines, techniques and scripts. The position involves contacting current clients and new customers to book reviews and discovery calls, assess their current financial situation and property needs and introduce Reventon's services and team. To be successful in this role you need to possess: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and be motivated to embrace sales. You will need to drive actions to deliver on KPIs to achieve great sales-based commissions. You will have high personal standards and a winning attitude. No real estate experience is necessary. This role would suit a high performing retail sales executive or individual experienced in a fast-paced sales environment with proven ability to excel their KPIs while having the desire to be the best salesperson in VIC. Key Responsibilities • Actively prospect and implement sales strategies to acquire new business. • Understand the target customer needs, alongside our evolving products and services. • Meet sales targets and KPI’s as required. • Provide timely input and forecasts to management on opportunities, via CRM. • Conduct timely follow ups with the clients • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for Sales staff. • Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas. • Handle customer data and information with confidentiality • Accurately record customer information in the database • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements • Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction • Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services and/or charitable causes • Solicit orders for goods and services over the telephone • Explain the Reventon product or service to potential customers • Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer • Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet needs of specific individuals We note that you must possess unlimited Australian working rights and only short-listed applicants will be contacted.
