As the Sales Team Leader, you will: Lead and motivate a team of up to 7 Travel Consultants to achieve targets across sales, productivity and customer service Coach and develop the team through training, mentoring and feedback Embody the company's values around quality, integrity and passion Ensure adherence to sales processes while delivering exceptional customer experiences Onboarding of new starters will be a key part of your role, delivering training sessions and ensuring the learning is embedded effectively.
