The Role: This role is unique in the fact that it crosses multiple divisions within Highland and provides the chance to work across a variety of different tasks. The main focus of the role is working directly with the Head of Brand & Marketing with day to day administrative and organisational tasks to do with marketing and events. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator also directly supports our Project Marketing team with some of their sales administrative duties throughout the week. There is also lot of work with our CRM and cleaning the data, coordinating our lead generation software platforms, managing lead allocation, analysing data and performance, producing reports for the Sales Manager and Marketing, as well as continuing to educate staff in using the systems efficiently. Attention to detail and a nack for processes and systems is crucial to this role. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to integrate new sales and CRM systems into our current operations Develop integration strategies that align with our sales goals and lead generation objectives Work closely with our IT department to ensure seamless implementation and troubleshoot any issues Communicate feedback, issues and reporting to Sales Manager and Head of Brand and Marketing Work with Head of Brand and Marketing to analyse and optimise conversion funnels, identifying opportunities to enhance quantity and quality of leads You will be diving deep into our data, and analysing where you can see room for improvement Monitor the effectiveness of the new systems, making adjustments as needed to optimise performance Lead the effort to educate our staff on these new systems, ensuring a smooth transition and effective usage Collaborate with sales and management teams to understand their needs and ensure the new systems support these requirements After the initial integration phase, focus on ongoing lead generation and system optimisation Support the Project Marketing Team with day to day sales administration tasks and reporting for any projects going live/successful sales In order to be successful in this role, you will need: Outstanding organisational and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fantastic team player and loves job variety Tenacity and a drive to succeed Love of data and analysis Sales knowledge and experience KPI's and goals focused Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data Able to effectively and efficiently manage a CRM system, and ensure integrity of data and an updated database Proven experience in system integration, preferably in a sales or real estate environment Strong training and communication skills, capable of educating a diverse team Technical proficiency in CRM and sales software Collaborative and proactive approach, with a focus on innovation and efficiency Ability to work with discretion and confidentiality If you are our next Sales & Marketing Coordinator, then please apply now Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
