Field Sales Manager — Macquarie Links, Campbelltown Area

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant sales individual to join our Sales team in a fulltime Field Sales Manager About the Company Supagas is a fast growing national, leading supplier of cylinder gases such as LPG, Industrial Gases, Hospitality Gases and Helium. About the Role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, confident and vibrant sales individual to join our Sales team in a fulltime Field Sales Manager position. This role is based out of the Sydney Branch located in Ingleburn. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager NSW. Duties & Responsibilities To foster a “Yes We Can” attitude in achieving internal and external customer requests to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. Complete all reasonable tasks when required. Manage the Field sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize their potential and achieve sales objectives. Regular in field call coaching and monitoring. Consult with key stakeholders both internal and external. Develop and maintain Supagas product knowledge. Consult with Accounts Department regarding money owing/ stop supply. Consult with Logistics and Customer Service Manager to maximize customer service. Liaise and report on market moves and trends. Consult with asset controller to achieve then maintain maximum bottle utilization. Complete a monthly sales report within the required time frame. Develop business networks and relationships with key customers, industry bodies and suppliers if relevant. Full compliance and safety across all actions and responsibilities in all environments. Ensure safety is at the forefront of all tasks and activities. Maintain safety, tidiness and housekeeping throughout all offices Skills & Experience Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience in B2B solution prospecting Experience in new business sales. Experience in managing and developing a sales team. A proven track record in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
